You can't go wrong with Orion 3600's or RC Core 5000's. Don't waste your money on cheap lipo's.

I have 4800's too but the 3600's keep catching my eye everytime I see them. Very interested.

The hard case is meant to protect the batteries from punctures.

True but they are as dangerous as other lipo's if not charged/discharged correctly.
