Is their another way to power the charger with out a power supply?? If so how?

O and another thing is when I try to discharge it keeps saying input is to high, why is that?

well is it connected to a power supply or battery when discharging ? If it's not you need to be.

Yes it is. But it still saying input to high. And after a coupl of minuts it gets really hot!!! I cant figure it out it turns on perfect and you can select different options but wont do nothing and gets really hot.
