Talking Help needed for:Kopropo multi setting adapter.

I just bought this and wanted some help using it. I have the VFS-1 card and the Servo setting card. I have the instructions for both.
With the VFS-1 I understand more about it everyday. When I am on the ALL SELECTIONS selection I think what I understand about this is that when advanced or reduced it affects all throttle frequencies at once, True? If wrong let me know. Also I have heard from what I read on the KO website that such increments should only be made in one unit measures. Does that relate to this said function?

Now for the servo setting card I would like to know what the STREC(pulse stretch) function affects, there are 3 values.
Then there is PUNCH, there are ten values. If I am right then when you start at 1 and increase the value the servo's reaction time quickens. Again i don't know I'm just throwing some of my ideas and questions out there.
D-BAND(Dead band) Again I know this is narrow-low setting, and wider bandwidth- higher setting. What effect does this have? There are 1-5 settings.
Next is DUNPIN-I don't know , never heard of it. There are only two setting,1-2, It may have something to do with brakes??
Last is LIMIT there is 1-60 for this setting. Something to do with travel limit, but if you can put it in Servo's for Dummies terms I would appreciate it.

That is all for now, after writing this I just realized I know more about it now than I did when I first turned it on. I have, after all, read the instructions around 4-5 times plus 1-2 on the Net. It was originally written in Japanese, I think, so some may have been lost in translation.
Thanks for all help, very much appreciated. CHEERS! Anthony.

Hi,

I will try and help. It helps to "see" what the settings do, so I recommend downloading the PC control software from KO:

HTML Code:
http://www.kopropo.com/ICS.htm
Download both the "VFS-1 Manager" and "Servo Program" tools and load them up. You don't need the program lead to run them and see what the settings do. Best of all you see graphical info and not just a series of numbers

ALL SELECTIONS does as you say, moves all throttle points up or down in single steps. The number on screen at that point is the average throttle value. Again, you are correct and should really only do this one step at a time.

As for the servo, I am not sure as I have never tried to reprogram mine, but have a look at the software and I am sure it will become clear

Exclamation ...

Thanks for the advice. I have downloaded the VFS-1 program before but never really thought about counting out the steps and actually seeing the curve. And as for the servo program, great! It tells me everything I needed to know. Thanks for the help.

I have another question for anyone out there. My VFS-1 is the Twister 2.1 , when I got it the throttle profile was in the upper 20's mid 30's. It works great real fast too but I have llooked at other profiles and one for stock technical has the settings at under ten and mid teens?!! I don't know how I should upload that profile into my ESC because if mine is real punchy at 30 then at 1-10 it may do some damage.
Anyone know if I am just worrying about the details or should I not go that low??

Thanks, Concerned.
