1/ Can someone please weigh a Redline motor for me and let me know the weight?
2/ Is it still advisable to use a power cap with LiPo seeing as a LiPo doesnt drop off when you hit the throttle like a NiMh does?

Many thanks

Ran mine over the weekend at my local track in the X-6. Boy it's nice having a small brushless ESC. It performed rather well, I just needed to change profiles to turn off reverse. I ran stock and open with it, so I got to try the brushed side of it. Soldering all three wires to the negative on the motor is a pain, but most brushless systems require that. Best thing to do is solder on a battery bar to the motor and solder all the wires to that.

Overall, very impressed. Can't wait to get them in every car.

why don't you cut a battery bar down and solder it across the three solder posts?
