Problem Sanwa Mt44

Hi, I have a Sanwa MT44 transmitter. The jog wheel sometimes fails to rotate up and down. Has anyone had this problem? How can I fix it? Thanks.

Same with mine, I believe it is a factory defect. I could temporarily make with work by spraying with contact cleaner. But definitely something wrong with MT44.
