Just ordered it.

Hardly any accessories available yet. I would love to get a screen protector. Can anyone who has it share the screen dimensions? I'm wondering if I can find something close to fit.

Get the transmitter, walk with it to a local smartphone shop, get a screenprotector that will cover the screen and cut it to the right size.

I'm hoping to get a decent glass one which can't be cut but You're right, at least a plastic one is better than nothing.

Yep I found that too, unfortunately they want $44 to ship a $4 item. 😂 No big deal I'll wait until the legit protector is available.

so this radio is 520 at amain---- no thanks just a few more $ and get 10px or just by noble pro for less

rc_user 07-25-2025 07:55 PM

I used a 10% coupon and can also sell the included rx for at least $50 (I don't need it but there was no option without receiver.) The 10px is $800. A bit more than a few dollars difference.
Noble sure it's a nice feeling radio with some awesome features. If you're a flysky fan that's your choice, do whatever makes you feel good, that's the beauty of this hobby, we all do things a little differently. 👍

$450 shipped on eBay. Comes from Japan so I’m sure there is a bit of a wait but I’m sure it’s worth it.

I considered getting a 4pm because I've been using a 4pls for many years but I decided it was finally time to upgrade and I wanted an additional channel and a drop down.
The Noble is definitely the popular radio at the moment.
I bet you could sell your 4PM in the marketplace here, it's a great radio.

Ergonomics

One of the benefits of the 6PV is that you can fit virtually all of the alternative ergonomic parts that are available for the 10PX.

I've got big hands so over the last couple of months I've been experimenting with them.

I've never driven with the drop-down (which comes in the box). Straight after installing it I found it very unbalanced in my hands. The standard wheel position is quite dropped anyway.

  1. 5 degrees angle mount (in the box). I love this. Keeps the wheel away from my body, and aligns with my wrist, much more ergonomic.
  2. Large wheel and 32 degree adapter (included in the box). You can definitely feel more precision in smaller wheel movements, but that does also mean that going from lock to lock is slower. Helps to stop my fingers squashing against each other. Overall I prefer the standard wheel at 34 degrees but there is not much in it.
  3. Large rubber grip (optional). The design extends a ridge along the back to increase the size, which I find quite uncomfortable near the thumb. Not one I would recommend.

How do the controls/potentiometers feel? Would you say it feels comparable to the high end futaba radios (4px/7px/10px)? It looks like a modern 4PX to me, but I read someone said it "feels cheap" with no further elaboration.

This is a high end Futaba radio. It's a 10px minus the touchscreen and a small number of minor features.
