Is the orca 800 series or 800 series V2 still being produced and or they able to be purchased anywhere?

Does anyone know anything about these brushed speed controls?

I cannot find it listed ANYWHERE.

Hobbywing has an ESC rated for the same continuous/peak current values (80A/400A), so you can use this chart to estimate the motor limits for the Orca 800:
