Default MJX HyperGO 45A ESC programming possibility???

Hi it took me this long to realize why my cells always indicate being at 3.83-3.86v when I put them on my charger after the throttle cutoff point is reached. 3.8-3.8v is obviously ridiculous as a cutoff point since it's restricting all that potential runtime and doesn't even let the cells get down to their rated voltage of 3.7v lol, essentially takes them down to optimal storage voltage without even needing to charge them up beforehand.

So my question is: How can I set the voltage point to something a lot more appropriate, if it's even possible?

(I use individual 18650 cells to make my battery packs and then just take them out and charge them individually, so I always have correct readings for each cell if one happens to go bad, so no need to worry about balance charging or severe discharge situations within sealed setups)
