Default Strange behaviour on Hobbywing esc

Hello everyone!
I'm experiencing strange behaviour on my hobbywing esc, most of the time it run properly but every so often I behave like it was out of phase. Last time it happened it was after 20min of use motor temp around 64 °c esc around 60 °c Here is a video describing the thing:

Can you swap out the sensor wire?

I can try that next time. Do you think it's an error from the sensor? The wire is brand new...
By the way there is no way for me to link the video...

Try re-calibrating the ESC, and if the radio is old, then it's possible that potentiometer on the throttle may be going out, or possibly a bad Rx..
