There is no better bargain ESC than the Hobbywing 10BL60 at $39. I have one and it works great.

i race at Hoosier weekly. Popular ESCs there would be hobbywing, trinity, R1. The hobby wing stock pro is plenty fine for anything up to 13.5. The R1 stock ESC is a bit more “powerful” on paper.

So while yes, absolutely, the stats and the price are a really nice package, there's a reason why it isn't popular in racing: at least if I'm not mistaken, that ESC will not blink when set to zero boost and therefore not be legal in any stock class running blinky rules.
