I messed up my laptop some time ago. I wanted to solder the mounting screws for the heatsing, but you know how it goes. I added too much heat and killed 2 resistors.
I managed to fix it for 2 weeks but i guess the solder pads had delaminated so much it couldnt take the heat or something.
The resistors are on the other side of the ram chio wich gets to a 100c.
The problem right now is that the pads are miasing and there are no traces to scrape off to connect to but it does have the small holes that the traces lead to.
Is it possible to solder small wires inside the holes and then add the resistor or do i have to use a dremel to scrape the holes and find some copper?
Thats a resistor on a scale of a sand grain
Almost not possible to see with no magnification.
