Esc choice ? Opinions wanted
I’ve narrowed my choices down to 3 esc’s
Hw Xr10 stock spec
Tekin gen 3 rs spec
Muchmore Fleta euro v2
Anyone with opinions please chime in if you have used any of these , pros, cons, reliability, service, ease of programming etc
Thanks !

I've ran Muchmore esc's and the XR10s, I much prefer my Reedy 510R.
I found with the muchmore the brakes were absolutely terrible no matter the settings. The hobby wing was fine I just hated borrowing a programmer and the crazy amount of settings and updates or backdates
The 510R is a big heavy mod capable esc but it has all the settings you need and is super reliable.

Sorry, it is for the advanced stuff beyond calibrating forward/neutral/brake points but its a simple 4-5 button programmer. Its easy to use and fast.

yes sorry I made the edit , I am tempted to go with that but the reedy also has good reviews and is about 30$ more when bundled with the programmer as well and it may be a better option if I end up wanting to move to mod class

I don't feel like your lose anything with HW compared to other brands. We run mostly HW, a mix of justock, stock spec, and pro ESCs. I have 1 pro-performance which I like, but it's nice having a single programmer for all the HW stuff.

Oh from the list I thought you were talking about some full size esc's. The small HW is a great esc, I still have one but I don't like using it because I don't have a program and my friends isn't compatible due to firmware differences. Its a great spare for when I run stock or if someone at the track has an esc failure.
Being able to run any motor is great. Once you get a good handle on driving and want to try mod, a nice 8.5t is fun. You can also skip running an esc fan in stock and 2w mod as well, so that simplifies things.

+1 for the XR10, been very pleased with the performance and price point with this ESC for stock racing, just make sure you don't plan to run a mod motor with the stock spec, otherwise you want the Pro version if you want forward compatibility for running mod motors in the future:

Team Powers has a new 100 amp mini esc - https://www.teampowersusa.com/Team-P...-ESC_p_95.html
Mod motors up to 6.5T and base price is lower than the HW.
Same firmware as the full size TP Radon V4 ESCs.
Programmer is the same price as the HW, but it includes a program cable so you can program with a PC.
I put one in my F1 because of the size, but I'm going to get one for my buggy as well.

MuchMore Fleta's Pro.are suer great esc's. I have never had any issues with the braking nor others I know whom use the Fleta. j HW Pro Stock spec is really great as well just put a better capicitor on it. I have been told that Team Powers MIni Spec is a beast and only weighs 21g and rated to 6.5t as well as having an adjustable BEC for those whom want to get more out of their servo and its 110 dollars.
