Balancing charge lead help!
I have a track power VR-1 charger. Ought from friend, didn’t have any balance boards or leads. I have leads made up for 2S balance charging from my Orion charger and hitech that I no longer have, but I believe the pin orientation is different maybe? Cause with no battery connected and the balance plug in its reading almost 6 volts on cell one.
here is a pic of port. Should the negative wire be far left, and then cell 1 far right and then cell 2 the next and so on and so on? https://cimg9.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rct...59a2b72ec.jpeg |
I figured it out. Far right is negative, then each cell after that. That’s how it’s working right now anyway. LoL

pin 1 = 0V (or negative) Pin 2 = +1s vs pin 1, Pin 3 = +1s vs pin 2, Pin 4 = +1s vs pin 3 Etc Obviously, for a 2s pack you only use 3 pins. |
pin 1 neg-
pin 2 + and neg pin3 +- so on t pin 6 that's + any JST-XH board with 6 cell will do |
