Default Hobbywing OTA issues

For some reason I can’t get the OTA programmer to work with xr10 esc’s. My wifi module gives the same error. Everything thing is updated and I even hard reset the programmer. Works great with justock esc’s. I have tried on 1s, 2s snd g2’s with same result. Can’t find answer anywhere. Contacted hobbywing and waiting on response but not sure when that will be. Any help would be great.
