I would not - I don't think a JST connector will plug into a receiver.

If you want to go pre-fab, buy a servo lead like this https://www.amainhobbies.com/tq-wire...qw2219/p238388

or a servo extension like this and cut the female plug side off. https://www.amainhobbies.com/tq-wire-tripple-black-jr-futaba-servo-extension-225mm-tqw2225/p23838

Honestly, it's not really hard to build up a servo connector like this - not sure if you have the wrong parts or what is going on. I suggest you go to Hansen Hobbies web site, on the home page scroll down to the bottom and watch the video on how to crimp servo wires.

if I buy the extension prefab from link above, do I just connect my red and black to one dnd and since I don’t have 3rd wire, just leave it alone?

That is correct - the 3rd wire is a signal wire for ESCs and servos

Hey buddy you are using wrong plug, 2 terminal. You should use 3 terminal plug. Just use Red and Black leads. All you are doing to power up your LED's. Either use VCC or 3rd channel on your RX. Channel 1,2,3 & VCC are parallel, once you turn on your ESC, voltage is there. If anything redo that octopus you have there, get rid of the wire nuts. Photo of plug connected to RX.

how do you suggest getting rid of the wire nuts? They are only thing holding all the reds and blacks together

Study your XMas LED's. Connected in series, one LED out, they all go out. It only use 2 wires, + and -. If you have a module to flash follow instruction on the module.

What manufacture of LED light kit so I can see the schematic of it.

it was one bulb and I drilled holes and put each bulb in and then connected all the wires. 4 in front 6 in the back

I dont mess with light kits. I'm a racer, not a basher. Racers know they are illegal. If you dont know a thing about series of Parallel circuits, I dont have the pateints to go through it. Instead of purchasing the cheap LED's afigure out to set it up. Should have search for RC Flashing light kit with a module. It give you everyrhing needed to power it up to your RX, and it programable to flash. It'll look better then the octopus you have now.

Good Luck with your project.

I cannot speak to the quality of the products sold by Hansen Hobbies, but I can speak to the character of the owner and sole employee of the company, Christopher Hansen.

Chris is well-known in our community as a bully and a jerk. His anti-Black racism has been called out by prominent members of the community. He actually sued a robbery victim for false imprisonment (yes, this makes zero sense). And perhaps most heinously, and for reasons I can't understand, he's desperate to get his hands on the video of an Urbana police officer being murdered. He's actually suing the City of Urbana and the Illinois State Police to get the video. I'm pretty certain the officer's family is not on board with this grotesque effort.
