Protek Servo or MuchMore Servo
#1
I am looking into servos for my 1/10th 2WD Buffy and was considering the Protek 160TBL or the MuchMore BLS10
From what I can tell, the Protek has more torque, but the MuchMore is faster?
Also, I am going to get a Sanwa M17 so I am not sure if that will help my decision with the SSR mode? Can anyone give feedback or advice?

If you are getting the M17 go with servos from Pro Performance Rc on SXR mode they are amazing. Neither of those servos that you mention can use the fastest mode of the M17. The reason why the Protek servo appears to have more torque than the Muchmore is bc they inflate the number and use dynamic torque vs stall torque

My ProTek 150t gear set stripped out during a practice run.. For some reason I can not get the aluminum bellcranks TLR341007 I have to work with a aluminum saver tops tlr or losa so I use the nylon top, well it broke and I temporarily switched to the tlr saver top and one lap later the servo broke. Thinking I may have a bad bellcrank set.

the servos from Pro Performance offer faster transit speeds and have optimized internal gear ratios for the racing application,I thought that my Sanwa PGS servos were good until I tried one. The difference can literally be felt on the first lap with these
