I have an old Novak Ballistic 6.5. The timing numbers look like they start at .15 and go to 30. There is no zero. My esc is set at default which is 15. So if the motor timing is set at 15 on the Novak Ballistic, and the "esc" is set 15, is the overall timing set at ,30? The numbers start at 0 on the back of my Tekin so it's got me little confused as to why the numbers start at 15 on the Novak.

Novak recommended not running the Ballistic motors with no timing. They came from the factory set at 30 for best efficiency.

I know it probably sounds like a stupid question. But if the timing on the speedo is set at,15 and the timing marks on the back of the motor is at ,15 .Does this mean the overall timing is 30?

Yes, total timing is electronic advance plus mechanical.
