Help programming Futaba 8UAF switch 'G'

Help programming Futaba 8UAF switch 'G'
Been using this TX for years; Updated with 2.4ghz freq module. trying to program a HITEC HG3XA gyro stabliizer. Need details on how to program ch7 to the 'G' switch, so I can turn gyro OFF, Gyro ON or Gyro Hold Position.
Details in any manuals including the Don Edberg manual are just plain confusing.
Can anyone please help me out on this problem?
