ok i have a silly question ,
are the leads on an ESC supposed to be male or female ?

Male. You want female on batteries because you don't want the chance of shorting them.

thanks . i was kinda confused, as i bought a used mini summit and it was like all wrong for some reason ,then found the abnormailty lol
