Default Icharger x6 problem

Hi guys I have an almost new icharger x6, I was charging a battery yesterday and the charger accidentally got unplugged. Now whenever I plug the charger in I get a warning saying “the current center point is invalid” It’s on the main screen and I can’t skip past it. I have tried 2 different power supplies along with plugging in 2 different batteries. I emailed junsi yesterday and I am waiting to hear back. Has anyone ever had this happen?

is there any fixes?

It sounds like this could be a physical problem, but first I would try reinstalling the firmware. You can do this by micro-sd card or by connecting to the computer with the Junsi Console software. I find it easier to use the SD card method.

From the manual, my comments in italics:
Firmware Upgrades via SD Card
1. Create a new directory in the available SD card: X:\Junsi\Upgrade (nb. you'll need to use your pc to create this folder on a microsd card)
2. Rename the firmware file to X6.BIN, and copied to the new directory; (V206 Firmware Link)
3. Insert the SD card into the charge to enter Boot mode, the charger will automatically upgrade the firmware, and it finishes after hearing a beep sound. (The process lasts about 15 seconds, and please not turn off the power)
4. After the upgrading is complete, the charger will reboot.

It seems like I saw in one of the manuals a calibration sequence. Your alarm sounds like it needs calibration.
