Help, Muchmore Fleta V2 Pro ESC - Bricked
#1
Hi, so I know I should have read the manual first but I didn't. I was flashing the firmware and accidentally chose [SHR V2.10] Blinky V3.0_25R_EV2 vs what I should have chosen was [SHR V2.10] Blinky_V1.5R. Looks like V3.0 was for an EU version and not the Pro V2. Now the ESC is pretty much bricked. Does anyone know of a workaround? Any help would be great. I contact MM using their web form but it's been pretty much the same status as my ESC -- dead.
Since the manufacture, is unresponsive, any help from this community would be great.
I came across this video: just search for this on youtube (looks like I can't post video links yet): YkXmWnpcedg (tried this fix but still no luck).
Error: TX=0xd6
Thanks

Whew... it's alive.
For the record, I would steer clear of @Muchmore products. Basically, you're purchasing their products at your own risk. Anyways here's the fix that worked for me.
** at your own risk, although the ESC is dead anyways **
1. Desolder your ESP
2. Disconnect the battery
3. Pull from your car
4. Launch your Muchmore Racing FLETA USB Link V1.9 on a Laptop (my desktop USB didn't work for this)
5. Plug in your Fleta SHR (program card) to a laptop's USB
6. Select Device > Program Card > Update your card's firmware to 2.10
7. Close the Link V1.9 software and launch it again
8. Confirm that USB Connected is lit
9. Select Device > Fix Mode
10. Click FIRMWARE
11. Confirm that the Firmware [ is BLANK ] and select Upgrade Firmware [ [SHR V2.10] Expert_V1.5R ]
** NOW COMES THE TRICKY PART **
12. Connect the 3 pin connector from SHR to Fleta V2 Pro (Make sure the polarity matches { - + S }
13. Unplug the 3 pin connector from the SHR
14. Click ESP FIRMWARE SAVE and immediately plug in the 3 pin connector to the SHR (timing is critical)
15. You'll see the percentage % ---------> Finish
16. Send me a thank you.
It's alive .... and on your next ESC, select a manufacturer that will provide you support versus ignore your communications. These products aren't cheap.
