No problem. I kinda wanted the metallic green one but I felt like that would be too gaudy. Too bad they didnt have a green CF. Would have matched my paint schemes.

Default Black screen issue

Hello to everyone..
I have been having a black screen issue lately, the transmitter turns on normally and says '' welcome to noble'' but the screen stays black. When I touch the screen it sound like working normally but shows nothing.
I turn on and off the radio many times until the screen works again..
Does anyone have this issue?
Any ideas??

What firmware are you on? Did this issue start recently when it was working fine for some time before? Or did it start acting this way after a recent firmware update? This could be a hardware issue or a firmware issue and it should be pretty easy to figure out which one it is. If it started acting this way after a firmware update, try reverting back to your older version and see what happens.

It started acting like this after uptdating to the latest 2.0.85 firmware.
I hope they release a new firmware soon to fix the problem because with the previous firmwares I had other problems like the Led on the radio blinking continually, even if the radio was turned off and the base battery was removed, until the battery drained out itself.
It is such a good radio but this small problems here and there make it very frustrating.
I hope they come out with a solid firmware update.

Well, I'm not sure long you've had your radio but if you have an older firmware saved on your computer, you can try reverting simply to confirm if you have a software issue or hardware issue. I'd record your current issue before swapping firmware in the event the old firmware ends up working fine. This way, you can email your findings to Flysky so they can work on a solution. If it turns out you have a hardware issue then they should hopefully help you out.

I've emailed Flysky several times over minor things I'm finding and they have been fairly responsive. I did email them about needing the ability to disable the "inactivity alarm" separately from the overall "alarm" setting. At first they were not understanding what I was explaining to them but now I think they do.

Turning off "system sounds" simply disables the menu touch sounds but you still hear the "inactivity alarm" sound. If you disable the "alarm sounds" you then finally disable the "inactivity alarm" sound but you also disable any telemetry alerts. You shouldn't be forced to shut down all alerts simply to disable one annoying feature.

I used to have the inactivity alert enabled on my Lynx 4S but after awhile, it gets real annoying so I disabled it. I can't recall the last time I forgot to shut one of my radios off so I'd rather have the disable option.

It has to be a firmware issue because it happened after updating to 2.0.85.
I will email flysky to let them know about this issue so that the new update get it fixed.
Thank you very much for your time!

Well, one thing you can try is to re-flash the firmware, it hurts nothing. Something janky could have happened during the initial flash, I would delete the firmware on your computer and re download .85 directly off Flysky again. Now that you're on .85, your model data is saved via the new extension so your data is good as you know I'm sure. Best of luck!

The problem started again. Re-flashing the firmware did nothing. I haven't yet received an email from flysky, I will be waiting.

Might want to update the FAQ to add a link to this video. Addresses the somewhat often question of range (spoiler, its a lot more than you actually need with a car).

I have been using my NB4 for quite some time now and still loving it. Here was my initial review of it

For most cases, yes, the range is most likey enough. For speed runners hitting 100+ MPH, having a radio that can hit well over 1000ft range is desired. Ever see speed runners holding their transmitter above their heads? They're hoping they don't lose range.

Default Black screen issue

Hello people..
I have received a reply from flysky about my black screen issue.
They believe that it is not firmware related and most probably I have a faulty screen.
They told me tha they are going to send me a replacement so I am waiting from them.
