Its a great update, introduces import export, and "home-screen quick access", which is awesome.

I'm curious about updating the receivers. There's no option to select FTr10. A few months back Flysky said that I'd be able to use this receiver, but how since there still isn't an option to select it for updating?

I cant really test this, as I do not have an FTr10. Did you try both the options that are there (FGr4 and FGr4s/FGr4P)?

I haven't tried yet. I'm afraid it'll somehow gimp it if I try.

Hello, I had a problem with the receiver. It suddenly stopped working and it does not turn on when I switch the power supply. I have tried with several power supply and it does not turn on. I bought it in HobbyKing. Did anyone have the same problem? If so, did they solve it sending a new one?
I attach a video of the problem

Range?

I'm thinking about buying one but what is the range I can't find anything about that online. I wanna buy one because I'm going to be starting a new project car and I want one receiver for my cars.

Feel free to modified as needed. Maybe add a range question answer. Which seems to also pop up every now and then. Which also, I dont seem to personally have a good answer for lol

Hi,

I am really considering buying this transmitter, but have some questions which hopefully you guys can answer:

- Does it pair with the FTR10 receiver?
- Is there any way to use more than 8 channels (preferably all 10)?
- How many mixes can you program?
- Can you have multiple mixes with the same master?

What I intend to do:
Have a button which toggles my summit gearbox between high en low gear.
When it is in low gear, it should:
set the castle aux wire to 60% (Mix 1)
set the skyrc gyro to off (Mix 2)
turn off the front locker and disable it (Mix 3)

Would this be possible?

Thanks for your advice!
Wannes

Well, I didnt notice any announcement or anything about it, but it appears that the Flysky Assistant Software (what you need to import/export models) is available.

Anyone tries the i-bus GPS module (FS-CGPS01)? Curious if it can provide speed and altitude information to the Noble.

Can't post hyperlinks yet - Google "cgps01-canshu"

It doesn't appear to be listed on Flysky's sensor install How To that FlySky posted in February so it may still be a future addition at this point.

I am also very interested in range as I do intend on setting my rig up for some long range FPV occasionally. If anyone has tested the limits of their receivers please provide feedback. Below is the info I could find on all of the NB4 compatible receivers in regards to range and what I expect is longest to shortest range order:

FTr10
- Web Page: > 3500m (air)
- Manual: Non referenced
- Antenna type: dual antenna (103mm * 2)
- FCC power rating: 48.9 mW

- Webpage: > 300m (ground)
- Manual: Not referenced
- Antenna type: single antenna (150mm)

- FCC power rating: 47 mW

FTr16S
- Webpage: 3500m (air)
- Manual: Range without interference 1m from ground >1000m
- Antenna type: dual antenna (92.5mm * 2)

- FCC power rating: 23.097 mW

FTr4
- Webpage: > 3500m (air)
- Manual: >1500m without interference air distace
- Antenna type: Single antenna (50mm)

- FCC power rating: 15 mW

FGr4P (Manual download link doesn't work, have to get from FCC)
- Webpage: > 200m (ground)

Any chance you finished this hood design? Didn't find it posted on your thingiverse with your other designs.

I have a design that I feel is good enough. I printed one for someone a while ago, never heard any feedback on it. PM me your email, Ill send you the STL if you wish.

Kind of cool... The flysky assistant is skinnable. So I skinned it.
