Default Help with HiTec brushless digital servo?

We are using the HSB-9360TH servo, but sometimes the servo moves really slowly from one point to another. For some reason, vibrating the servo input (oscillating it quickly) seems to help, but it still moves slowly sometimes.
We are running it off 6V, and (just for now) from 900-2100 usec.

Give us a bit more info please, what radio, receiver, ESC and battery are you running. That is a Programmable servo for Heli applications, as such Deadband, Direction and speed are actually able to be altered via programming.

What is your application that you are running it in.

And with some brand transmitters several transmission protocols can be selected, If so, tell the selected protocol/speed
