Punisher is the fastest, but it's not ROAR approved, the club in my area allows the Punisher, it's the fastest motor that money can buy for stock racing. Monster Max has been the staple of ROAR approved, but I think the X-Factor is the newest design, so I would assume it's on par with the Monster Max, but says ROAR Pending so the X-Factor may not be allowed if your club is stringent on following ROAR rules, if not then I would get the Punisher.

Ill go against the grain here and say this....Dont be all giddy by the claim of the Punisher being the fastest motor...Its NOT. I ran two this year, both out of the box were WAY WAY different from one another. The QC on these is not that great likely because its a cheap motor. We ran faster laps on the Motiv MC2 13.5 than the Punisher. If you have to pick from Trinity, id go with the new Motor before i went with a Punisher, even if the punisher is allowed. I as well ran SC based high bite dirt ovals. If you dont have to run ROAR approval, put the big ole 13mm rotor in the REV. and see what it will do.
