So, I waited till I bought an expensive battery and then after nearly a year of this stuff, mixed up the wires. Just for a split second. Only touched the bullet to the wrong hole. Trying to do a balance charge now. Internal temp at 27 and steady. Strarting out, here is what I had. Am I waisting my time here?
Edit: ESC works with other batteries, but with this one, it won't power up. Juat a paperweight now. That was an expensive 1/2 second.

No major swelling to battery? Can’t hurt to try. I’ve crossed wires more times then I’d like to admit. Most times battery has been ok. One battery had the bullet plugs pull out, and the hard case popped open.

No swell. Just tried to balance charge for 30 mins and the one cell flickers between 4.17 and 4.23 as the other 3 slowly walked up to 3.99. Then tried to power up the ESC with it. I'm not sure if the EFC sees too much difference and won't power up as a result or what. Again, the ESC survived.

Could that brief touch break a connection somehow. Battery shows 16.2v on the charger. But, ESC wont power up. Strange. Seems if a terminal on the battery was bad, the charger wouldn't recognize it either. Very strange .

If balance wire was broken it would read at all. I’ve had more then a few broken balance wires.
Check all connections on esc. I’ve had the solder connection break from it. Fact that esc it’s getting power it’s good. No smell of burned wires.

Well, it's definitely a paperweight now. Tried it on a different ESC and no dice. Also, Iet it charge up to 4.20 per cell indicated on the charger. kind of surprised that 1/2 second was all it took. Lesson learned. This is why I shouldnts have expensive toys.
For other's reference, it was a Protec 100c. Great battery till I killed it.

I killed one of those over summer. Forgot to unplug battery. Even with car off it drained so low that it would not take a charge
