Default iCharger X6

Recently purchased the X6

For some reason I cannot charge my 2s shorty battery . when I charge at 30A it gives me this error
ERROR 3100
Auto detect the number of cellls failed. please connect balance or set cells.




Please help.

Sounds like something is awry with your balance connection. Have you checked your charging harness? You might also want to take cell detection off for that charge profile, and manually set the number of cells for 2s.

I'll admit, I haven't had this error, so I'm just thinking out loud about what I would do first.

Operator error. I was plugging in the balance plug wrong.
