Brakes?
#1
Ok, so last night I have got the gearing now set for the track, I have my straight line speed good. I am carrying big speed into corners, but I need brakes at the end of the straight, and I cannot seem to get enough.
Running xcar60amp esc. Punch and top end are great. Brake max is set to 100% drag is @ 20% initial force is at drag brake. Nothing more I can do with the esc I think.
Controller is a MARS - I have max brake, punch, and curve.
Other thing I find is going from full on to full brake in the trigger seems like a mile. What if I setup the controller end points again with the ESC and only go about 1/2 way into brake?
Be Honest, not just upsell the cheap guy.. would a higher AMP esc make a difference in braking?

Assuming this is for one of your 21.5 TC's, then you shouldn't have to brake. Unless there is a really sharp turn at the end of the straight, then just let off and let the drag do it's work and then hit the throttle as soon as you can.
