help with motor temps? 2wd
#3
I made a couple changes even though I liked the way its been running. One mistake I seem to have made was I pushed the clamp on hub tight when i tightened it up. This seems to have added some tension to the drivetrain. I think this will help with the strain on drivetrain.
I am also running zero time on the esc side but running 45 degree turbo. I went ahead and turned that down also 5 degrees.

gearing will do a lot with temps. gear it to the factory set up.. go a couple laps test. hot esc cold motor to small pinion. hot motor geared to high testing will find a sweet spot... also solder will cause temps to rise if you have a cold joint. use silver solder and a good solder unit
