So I have the original m12 still works great my question is would there be anything to gain by switching to the MT-44 cause it looks to me that the OG M12 is still a little better radio feature wise not sure about the latency (speed) O I would be getting the mt44 for next to nothing thanks for any info. Please keep the smart a$$ comments to yourself.

latency wise mt44 is faster than m12

Of the 2, I would go with the mt 44. Its faster latency wise, and noticeably lighter, so easier to use in the mains. Not sure about receiver protocols.
