have a Sanwa radio the throttle channel set to normal. The endpoints are set up to 100 and 100% and I follow the calibration process as any instructions. At full break I get solid green at neutral I get red blinking but at full throttle, I get green, blinking.
Do you have a motor attached with a sensor cable while testing the throttle range with the LED patterns?

Sounds like calibration didn't stick. How many times have you tried to recalibrate?

Prob more than 10x. I tried norm and rev throttle channels, high epa up to 140% nothing works. This is weird, and n not a noob and I’m stumped.

Does sound weird. Have you tried re-binding the receiver after setting everything to defaults?

What happens when you calibrate with a low EPA then turn the EPA up afterwards?

Tried what you suggested with a fresh model in my radio, same result.

Do you hear the RPM top out before you hit the end of the trigger range? If so, it's probably hitting max throttle but the LEDs aren't showing it. RPM limiters will have that effect but that model ESC doesn't have that setting.

I do hear the RPM topping out but that’s not good enough. I need the esc to operate normally, as designed. I have the new programming box coming and some friends have suggested a firmware update. We’ll see what happens.

I'm not saying it's good enough. We're information gathering, trying to confirm if the calibration is not working or the LEDs are faulty. Sounds like the calibration is mostly working but there's a fault, you'll probably need to contact Hobbywing support directly.

Im sorry, I didn’t mean it to come off that way. I appreciate the help. I’m working with HW support and I have a few things to try this evening.
