Thats one of the nicer ones I've seen for that price.
Even your shrink tubing over the sheathing is the good stuff. Have you thought about putting a little bit of black cloth tape on the 1mm bullet as some kind of pull handle?
I bet the mining business is really cutting into your margin on that power supply. Used to be able to get those for 20 bucks, know anything over 1k watts is 60+

You need to:
A) Be less hamfisted with small wires.
B) Learn how to stop "Super Sucking" at soldering.
C) Think through why you have this problem and come up with a solution.
D) All of the above.
The problem is you are pulling the balance lead out by a little wire. I drilled a hole in the balance lead bullet connector. Then I put some stainless steel lock wire through the hole and twisted the ends together. Then I put some heat shrink over the twisted wire. Now my balance lead has a tiny handle to pull it out of the battery by the bullet connector instead of pulling on the wire. Not rocket science.

LIKE NEW JDM Cables, all custom, 24" Leads w/ dual 4mm & 5mm bullets. These sell for over $120 for the set and there's a long wait if he (Mark Hoyla) will even take your order. Great chance to get them much faster and much cheaper. Selling for $75 TYD. Please contact me through PM here or via text (preferred method) @ 541.600.6937 You can see by the pictures these do not even look like they been used.
*NOTE* shrink tubing has my name on them, but it's easy to remove and replace.

I guess I need to pay more attention - I’ve had no issues with my Protek ones!
The 120.00 one seems interesting...

Personally I've never had an issue w/ the cheap charge cables that come w/ most all chargers. For me I want something that I can easily swap between 4mm and 5mm battery holes. The RLPower one fits the bill, ..it looks pretty beefy and good quality for the price. I am not really rough w/ my charger or charge cables (LOL). My car, thats another story!
Can't wait for mine to arrive!

I use my local Sonrc charge leads and they are great. Very good quality and I haven't had any problems yet. They sell them here at Norcal Hobbies and OCRC and others down in the LA area.

It is made to plug into the 406 duo so if you look at the pictures, the plug has three wires for balence, but has a 6 s plug so you don’t have to trim the plug to make it fit. It doesn’t sound big but it makes the cable a lot easier to handle and plug in.

So update..... So I finally found a really good charge lead .
My friend and fellow local racer Jake Mayo (AE Factory driver) referred me to John Long aka JLEngineering (instagram).... Jake is using the same charge leads and it looks pretty heavy duty and dialed. I just ordered it and will post pics once I get it.
