RL Power supply DOA

Ordered a power supply from rlpower.net which arrived DOA. Sent an email to them but haven't heard anything back (no phone number on website).

Anyone else have this issue?

On the rlpower website there is a link at the top that says "contact us". Using this link is the best way to contact us.
