I’m having trouble getting the reciever (Kr-413fh) to communicate with the transmitter (module Rf-904Fh). I’ve already done the binding steps as directed to in owners manual,but all I’m getting from my reciever is a blinking blue light

Thanks everyone for your help,if any of you plan on owning a transmitter similar to the one I was asking about,the reason it did not bind was because of the 2.4 crystal being bad,sent it into KoPropo they repaired it,got it back,hooked it up and binded the reciever with the transmitter,works like a champ!
