Great day of racing today!!!
Took the trip with Zane today to check out Debbie's.
Very nice facility with some great staff and very friendly fellow races.
I anticipate that we will all have a great weekend of racing and socializing on the 2nd & 3rd. Until then we look forward to our return trip.

I haven't been down there in couple weeks and I hear that the traction compound being laid down is half water and half soda, is that right? Last time I checked foams don't run too well on water. Soda is 5 parts water and 1 part syrup if you add more water to it its like pissing in the wind. People r coming from up north to run on a track with no water.

Not true. The sprayer was filled with 7-8 bottles of soda and sprayed. We then added another 4-5 bottles of soda and two bottles of water trying to work out the spray pattern. Last time I checked, water evaporates.

Yes very true water does evaporate but the water thins out the syrup to where its like just spraying water

The ratio of soda to water was 95% soda and 5% water this past weekend. Plenty of traction for rubber tires. Nitro cars looked fine to me. But I don't own one to drive. The last I talked to Josh this was the plan for the SEVA race we plan to add syrup to the 100% soda and spray Friday Saturday and Sunday.
