Thanks for the kind words guys, it means a lot to us both to have such a classy bunch of racers here. We hope you all had just as much fun as we did this past weekend. Already looking forward to the next one.

JB, I'm glad you like the aircompressor!

What time does the cash race this Saturday start? 8am doors open and 10am race? This will be my first time at LCRC. Heard nothing but great things.

Tuesday night practice is on, just got done watering the track. Looking forward to a fun evening.

We will be having another open practice on Friday from 2 till 8pm. Free for anyone who signs up to race Saturday and only $5 for those who just want to practice for the day.

Track opens at 7am, sign up closes at 930am, track closes at at 10, racing at 1030am. $25 for the first, $20 for extras. $5 of each entry goes to the purse for that class.

What are you guys running in your diffs this year? I have 7-5-5 in the DNX now. Was going to lighten it up to 5-3-3 because the ROAR site said the track is loamy... but from the looks of youtube videos it looks fairly hard packed and smooth. Also is the track bumpy? I'll be bringing both 1/8 buggies (E and gas) so I'd like to get close to a setup before race day.

Track starts out with some loose surface and will groove up. It's definitely hard packed now. That was not the case a few years back when it was built with different machinery. The track is not bumpy but there are bumps added into it with other obstacles like plow discs.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up for this weekend, we will not have a food vender on site. My usual 3 guys are all busy with fairs and bigger events this weekend. We are going to use the local pizza guys, one delivers and the other one is a mile away, or you're always welcome to bring your own grill.

Thank you very much! I'll be there to donate money to the winners! Haha.

On a side note, my buddy would like to race his 2wd SCT... Do you guys typically run that class or shall I let him borrow a 4wd SCT or spare nitro buggy?

I'm sorry, I answered you earlier today, or so I thought. I must not hit the submit button.

We haven't had much of a 2wd sct turnout lately. I would tell your buddy to borrow a 4wd or and 1/8 scale so he is sure to have some completion. Have him call the shop if he wants a better explanation.

Yep you answered my first question about the race start times... I'm just inquisitive and excited about finally racing at your highly decorated track. And thanks for the quick reply about the 2wd SCT class. See ya bright and early Saturday!
