The show ran very smoothly, which was due in no small part to having the ROAR region 2 director there to show the owner how to successfully run races. There was super fast guys there today. Some of the stiffest competition I've ever seen in 2wd. I got chewed up and spit out, predictably.
Probably the ONLY complaint I heard all day was the position of the drivers' stand in relation to the support beams on the left side of the track. Normally poles in the track aren't too big of a problem, but these are almost like I-beams that get wider and wider as they go toward the ceiling. There are a few spots on the stand where two corners are totally obstructed. I don't know how feasible moving the stand is at this point, though. I won't let it stop me from running at this track, personally. If that situation were to be fixed in some way, this place is on it's way to becoming one of the premier tracks in the area. There is unlimited potential there.

No 2wd Staduim trucks come on ! I practiced a mouth ago at this track and got around it great with my .
No 1/8 E-Buggys showed ?
How was the pole on the track from the driver stand was it still as bad ?

Had a great time yesterday racing. There was plenty of super fast racing action. The clay is a whole new ballgame for me. Im used to racing on carpet, which is far easier then clay for 2wd. I got my ass kicked in the 2wd mod class! Paul did a great job and the races went smoothly. Railyard is shaping up to be a first class racing facility. Its now my hometown track for the winter.

That track does change a lot too, what worked great for me in first heat fell apart in the second, third and main. around 6:30 it was back to good for me. So I dunno, mostly nerves I guess, hadn't raced in 20 years

I think I only saw 2 guys with 1/8 buggys
The poles kinda suck. But they are not enough to keep me from going. They can be dealt with.

The 2wd stock sct class was a blast to watch. If you can get or find someone to bring one consider doing so. If you are a new racer this would be tons of fun.

The benches filled up pretty well. But some people could have compacted if needed. If you have tables consider bringing them and a cord. There is plenty of room for tables.

I would like to see 2wd staduim trucks run here they look like fun and I would like to get into that class. Being a newbie I missed out on them, But they don't seem to have a very big following anymore.

Stock Buggy
Just curious how many stock buggy's showed up. The results on the thread only show the "B" main. Assume there was a 10 car A (16ish total)?.. Looks like things went well. Great place..
