Hey Giant, currently HPI is promoting a six race series in SoCal. The buzz on the streets is The HPI Challenge may be coming to a region near you. If you don't mind me asking where are you located?

Oh I see, I'm not sure but I am under the impression he raced in your metropolitan area. I can't recall the name of the gentlemen who hosted the HPI Challenge in Ohio. Do you know his name? Is it Randy?

Thanks for the info Giant. I'm going to reach out to Randy. I hope we can have a HPI Challenge Ohio family reunion so to speak. That dude is kickass , I had mad fun racing with him and his crew.

There have been three HPI/HB races in Dayton. The 2005 race was my first organized event I ever attended. I still have a Pro4 and the Cyclone I won at the 2008 race. If it does swing thru here again ...I'll dig out the cars and head over. Better start checking Ebay for spares...I beliieve I need a steering block for the Pro4.
Give Randy Kastle a call at "the Hobby Shop"

Well always there's always the RS4's. If I recollect correct these chassis were always competitive on rubbers. A group of my Nitro friends, Charlie Barnes and I are rallying around Nitro rubber tire racing at Cal Racing. On smaller tracks and parking lots the RS4's in the right hands can be lethal. I've seen used RS4's on ebay for under $100 free shipping.
