We are pleased to announce the class lineup for the 2014 Psycho Nitro Blast. The 2014 event will see changes that removes the 2wd SCT class to make room for a 1/8 Sportsman E-buggy and 1/8 age 40+ Nitro Buggy class. With over 130 entries in E-buggy last year we felt it time to add a sportsman class and due to the popularity of the 40+ class at our regional events The Wicked Weekend and Southern Indoor Championship, we feel it will be a nice addition to the Psycho. Remember, All age 40+ Nitro class entries can also race a Sportsman, Open or Pro Nitro buggy class in addition.
Registration details can be found at: http://events.rcsignup.com/events/di...nt.cfm?ID=3531
Many more announcements to come so stay tuned, it's going to be epic!

Dave,
So we are in the planning stages of Psycho and need some info, but it will probably be released shortly as you guys are always on top of things anyway.
Camping fees with and without RV hook-ups. I think it was like $20-25 a day with and 10 with out?
Time the track will open on Thursday for practice.
Gate opens to get into the complex?
I know there are some other questions I just cant think of right now.

We would like to announce our host hotel for the 2014 Psycho Nitro Blast. Back for the 4th year in a row as our host hotel and event sponsor is the Comfort Inn and Suites. Located roughly 15min from the Psycho it is one of the best hotels in the area. PNB racers can book rooms anytime starting today, just remember when booking please mention the Psycho Nitro Blast for the event discount of $71 per night. Don't hesitate to book rooms, last year they sold out so get a room asap! Special thank you goes out to all of the staff at the Comfort Inn and Suites for their continued support of the PNB.

Hey guys,
Here is how the pitting works at the PNB:
We have over 75 RV hookups on site at the event (power and Water...NO SEWER). They are first come first serve. We allow racers to start parking and setting up on Monday March 24th and the price per hookup is $20 per day. If you plan to share power or water from a single RV hookup you will be charged $20 a day per trailer.
For guys wanting to pit inside we have a nice large area for everyone. This area is separated from the main arena where the track is located. It is where the horse stalls are located and has nice wide isles where racers pit. Some guys bring pop up tents to help mark their pit areas and others just setup tables. A popular thing in the past have been guys renting a horse stall. They are roughly 10ft by 10ft and perfect for two racers to setup their pit area. The awesome thing about using a horse stall is you can shut the door and lock it to help keep your stuff safe. Many guys use the stalls for this very reason just make sure to bring a chain and lock. The arena puts a lot of time into cleaning the stalls for the racers so if you use the stalls a fee of $10 per stall is charged for the whole event. Plenty of power all over the area and each stall has a four outlet plug-in. Just remember to bring extension cords to ensure you can reach the available power. Especially if you choose not to use a stall.
Bring your own tables, chairs, power cords and anything else you may need to setup. The PNB has limited items to loan out and are mostly reserved for racers flying in.
