Wow, what an awesome race yesterday. I think the final count was 92 entries! and thats all going to a great cause. A long day but very worth it. Congratulations to all the winners of their classes as well as the podium finishers. Saw some very tight racing in many of the races and that is what always makes it fun! Also I would like to say Thank You to any and anyone who is serving or has served for our armed services for risking their lives to save ours, I know we had a couple in the house yestday.

Thanks
On behalf of Hobbytown and the council I want to thank all the racers that came out to support our charity race and have a great day of racing. We had great battles all day but the best was the mains from Joe trying to chase down Tom Brown in 21.5 to Juniors flawless run in 13.5 12th scale. I want to thank Gordon for closing racing at MRH for the day to come and support our charity race, all the racers from MRH and the other racers from out of town. With out you guys our efforts to raise money for the WWP would have been much less. Also all my local racers for their efforts to help me. (Will, Wayne, Joe, Randy, Casey and I'm sure I forgot some, sorry).
Big thanks to Debbie for helping with sponsors and all the other things that I have no control over. Richard for giving us a place to race and donating all the entry fees to this great cause.

I just wanted to say I had a great time. Racing 5 classes was a blast. I can't wait for the next big one. Racing Dave for the win in WGT will be the highlight for me.

. Also I would like to thank Arvin for the perfectly worn-in set of extra-special tires just for me for the main , because he know DJ wasn't giving up any of his tires !
