If you are running modified what are you running Brushed or Brushless? Or is it only some Reedy guys and some Novak guys that have new systems?

I am running Brushed. Peak/Orion/TC4/Novak Speedo

You could run the standard brushless but I don't think it'll be able to keep up. I don't think there will be too many people there running brushless that don't have access to the new systems. And as far as I know, none of them are on the market yet. I may be wrong about that though.

Yea it'd be kinda jacked to put someones name on the list, get them to request time off of work, buy a bunch of batteries and stuff, then just yank them with no explaination...

Perhaps the racers who are no longer on the list could not attend due to other circumstances and were kind enough to inform the race organizers well in advance so that those who are on the waiting list can make necessary preparations in case they get in. I certainly hope that is the case.
