Nope...none were present this week and I didnt go wide enough to let James get inside either! He was fast and stayed close in the main but caught a corner wrong and fell back. It was a fun weekend at a great track and facility! They got the complete package there!

Thanks for all the support guys, it has been a tough season to organize, many of you know the Midwest Committee is myself and some help from John Peoples. Despite it all, or perhaps in spite of it I look forward to the 2011-2012 season.

Awesome weekend and very tight racing in every class.
McGreevy and Cobb were nearly inseparable in VTA all weekend.
EA, JR and James were flying (James change to initials it seems quicker), only about 4 seconds across bottom of the A to the top of the C in TC blinky mode,
I;m sure the spectators got a sampling of pure talent watching the precision of the 1/12th, it really was anyone's game but EA drove perfect laps and never left the door open.
And while there really was no one in his league, the talent of Keven Hebert in both 1/12th and T/C mod was fantastic.

I made an error in the TC stock points and inadvertently dropped 2 races from Andrew Hardman, he should of finished 2nd, I'll get it corrected and make it right.

Interestingly enough this is the first Grandslam race this year where I did not get home with repository issues and burning eyes. The data is out there, Paragon is healthier, just cause the other does not smell does not make it better.

+1

I just want to thanks all the VTA racers that came to Indy to R/CAR race...I really had a goos time and learned some new things in the process....Great racing with you guys and gals...love the chance to race with you again at the Enduro here in Nashville or the USVTA Scale Nats in April....

Glad to put some faces to the internet...lol...great group as always...

thanks again to the Indy crew and for putting on such a very fun and exciting event...the facility is top notch and if any of you get a chance to come by for some racing, you will return again and again...at least I will...

thanks,
Myron Battman Kinnard aka Darkside

Thanks EA, I think it would have been a really fun main, but those corners move around so fast, LOL. I'll work on my corner avoiding skills a little more.

The Indy track was great and I'll definitely be back.

Thanks Ken, for keeping the grand slam series around and really anyone not attending these races should really consider it. They are a great place to watch and race with some of the best drivers in the mid west and some times the world. But relaxed enough that any of the top drivers will stop and help you get your ride better or give a little driving coaching because that's what its all about.

I hope that next year can be bigger then ever and see more new faces along with the familiar ones.

Cheers,
JR ( as to not be confused with the famous Jr Norton aka "The Legend" )
