Tire wear and TT01Es are incompatible terms. I rolled around for over an hour on the slicks in HOT, dry conditions and barely got any wear. In lighter news, the upgraded gearing is actually enjoyable to drive at Jackson. BTW, big thanks go out to Craig Santry (xtrememadness) for loaning me the test mule TT01E!

I had the opportunity to wheel a TT01E at the recent Glen Burnie TCS event against other TT01Es in their local spec class. It was neat to run a true spec event where everyone was on the exact same level, and the cars withstood everything we threw at them. The racing was close, passes had to be set up a corner in advance, and the top 6-7 cars on the A-main grid were all on the same lap within seconds of each other. It's a good recipe that we're going to milk for a whole lot longer than the usual 6 minutes!

This race is gonna be a blast. Not every season we get to do a true 24 hour event. It'll be crazy. Can't wait!
