If I'm still living in NY in July I'm there! Nigel is in the Navy right now Hobo so he won't be running. If enough of the other Kamikaze locals come over then it's a chance Sam will as well

I love the track already. watching Jamie, Kenny, richie drive there 8 scale makes me want to leave my 10 scale at home and just bring my 8 scale. Chaplin is 8 scale country for sure.
Just bring both ready to go and decide when you get here. Put both on the track and which ever feels better is the chosen one for the weekend.

8 scale family do you think is the better overall engine? 35+21, flash .21, or the collari 09 stock and or tuned. I need another .21 engine. What is the difference in the powerbands of the engines.

I am still going thru my inventory of Cordoba Engines 35 plus based. (I really like this engine).

Cant go wrong with 35plus. Ken and Jay run flash and also seem very fast but they are alot more expensive. Go with what your budget allows they all work.

I have owned all but the flash and from what I have seen they all perform similarly. It comes down to head shim , clutch and tuning.

Race update:

Gt class has been changed from spec to open. This will make it easier for all to attend. Rubber tires and scale type bodies are still required.

Novarossi has some new engine in the works both 3 and 5 port model for gt/rally class.

I was really close but I think I need a cooler day to do it. It was 87 degrees at the last race! I am going for it at the next race!
