Hooray! I found rubber front tires for my f-103. I scavenged a set of rear rubber tires off of my six wheel tyrell and will be entering f1 with my sauber.

Are diffusers legal?? Bernie isn't answering his phone.

Motor choices for TC are now listed in the first post! Sportsman TC is 17.5 open ESC and Expert TC is 13.5 open ESC. Simple, easy, and still looks good in the morning.
Good call on the motor selection for Sportsman and Expert TC - both choices seem perfect for the fast and technical layout we'll face on opening day. I can't wait to test those curbs for real in 2 weeks...

The racer posting the fastest lap in the " Call out Qualifier " gets $5 back, the rest of the $$ goes to charity.
The racers have the choice of overgearing to win the call out, to try for their fastest lap.
It's just a fun way to raise money while buddies are bench racing in the pits.

so who is calling me out and where are we going? Just up front I charge more than $10. Not 'much' more but a dollar is a dollar.

April 24th is shaping up to be another great race. 13.5 with Boost and timing is going to be awesome.

Team B&B can't wait to get hold of Scooby and that pink car at Jackson We lost the bottom screw in our C-hub and Randy was trying to hold on as long as possible. At the 2:30 mark in the video, Scooby made a brave move.

Last year, Schreff was the only TOP car. This year Team XRAY has the T3. The Maryland XRAY crew will be rolling 6+ deep.

Cool, another one in the class!
I tried those p34 rears and did not have much luck.
Maybe they will be ok with some extra jack the gripper on them.

Thanks for reminding me about the diffuser...I wanted to try one too.

I have a question.

A few of my old racing buds (off road) are thinking about stopping up in the morning to do the swap meet thing (my evil plan is to get them sucked into on-road ). They have some offroad cars/parts and some onroad stuff too.
Is the morning open/free to folks that just want to sell off some things and check out the racing? I will have room under my pit tent for them so it's not going to impact pit space too much.
Thanks
Jim

That's b'c Bernie is my b*tch! He was bad so I took the phone away from him. About the only thing we want to avoid in our F1 program is unrealistic pan cars, like WGT cars with open wheeled bodies.

To calm the jitters until race day, Nitro Racers are known to put a little dab of 30% nitro fuel below their nose.

What should Electric Racers do?

Will bring my f-103 if anyone wants to borrow it.
