Get some grid paper for your drawings and you will have a more accurate idea of what will really work. A block represents 5 feet and lets you know if you have enough room. That looks like too much stuff in the area you have. Busy tracks are much harder to marshall and we all know how the marshalliing situation is at times.

I was working on the following in Adobe Illustrator. I can set the dimensions of the track, define the scale, and place the elements. I still need to come up with more elements.

Looks good so far.
You and Shane working hard on lay out.
Shane has had good ideas for layouts,his previous layout was fun and challenging

It is nice but you need some marshall areas. The center requires lane crossing or blocking of other lines in vision to marshall. Just trying to help some, so please take it as such.

I was basing the layout in the current position of jumps. I agree that the center is a turn marshal nightmare. Im hoping to get some better designs on paper before we make the change early March.
