HIGH SPEED OVAL RACING - The Allstar Shootout
What do you get when you put 1/10th scale Oval Pan cars on a 250 Meter high banked Bicycle VELODROME?
The South-West Tour Series annual ALLSTAR SHOOTOUT at the Encino Velodrome in Southern California.
20 cars screaming around the track at over 50 MPH.
Plus a bonus for 2009. The International Speed Contest (ISC) Closed Course Speed Challenge.

..one more small note about the ALLSTAR SHOOTOUT.
This race - is a 20 car oval race event on the High Banked Bicycle Velodrome in Encino California.
There are PRIZES and CASH on the line for this event. The first two events (2007 & 2008) the total cash and prizes were worth in excess of $5000.00.
If we get enough sponsorship for the '09 event, we're hoping to top the numbers from the past two years.
The SHOOTOUT Class: NOVAK ss21.5 Pro Brushless Motor | ORION 3400 2s LIPO Battery | Oval Pan Car
There are also 2 support classes being offered. These classes are a lot less pressure, 10 car mains, and will also have prizes for the winners.
SUPPORT CLASSES: NASTRUCK - 17.5 NOVAL Brushless | ORION 3400 LIPO
SPORTSMAN 21.5/LIPO* - NOVAK 21.5 | Orion 3400 Lipo
ONLY The NOVAK Brushless 21.5 and 17.5 motors are allowed, along with the TEAM ORION 3400 LIPOS.
These are SPEC RULE classes, and will provide some of the CLOSEST "Oval Racing" available.
