Default Lipo Saddle packs

Guys, the Max Amps saddle are not Roar approved but the Trak power saddle lipo's are. They have not been out on the market that long in the states but yes they are roar legal. From what I have heard the Trak power saddle packs are a tight fit in the B44 but it does work. Oh yeah .....and there gold for those that like the bling factor.

As of right now Track power is the only one that makes the true hard case saddle pack lipo's.

Hope that helps.

I talked with Jimmy today. ONLY ROAR legal batteries allowed. This years shootout will be run under the same rules and just like the ROAR NATS will later this year. Jimmy will follow the ROAR rules to the letter. If you have a saddle pack 4wd you can run nimh batteries or the track power saddle pack if you choose. Only batteries approved by ROAR as of the date of the race will be allowed.

Also the shootout track will be put in this Sunday. Normal Club racing this Sat and then the track will be shut down to prepare for the shootout race.

Hello everyone. Just wanted to clear up a few things in here. This is not a ROAR race BUT we are going by the ROAR rule book in preparation for the upcoming nationals in August. All ROAR rules will apply to get everyone ready. If a battery is not on the ROAR approved list then it is not legal. Same goes for motors. I understand that there is only one saddle pack that is legal but NIMH packs are legal too. If someone has a car that requires saddle packs and insists on running lipo than that means there is only one legal battery. Hope this clears up the confusion and sorry for any inconvenience. Hope to see you all here in two weeks!!!

RG looked like he lost a few when I saw him at Nats. You might not have to add that much JB.... Oh wait, you and Canyon combined are a buck 10.

Thats alot of weight, I'll help you both.
