Brushless is allowed in all classes, for 19t the approved motors are Novak and Orion/Peak 10.5's with a sphere or GTB. For mod you can use anything.

Yes there is a 4wd class. And brushless is allows in 19T but it must be an orion 10.5, peak 10.5 or novak 10.5. Any type of motor goes in mod.

Classes are usually
mod 4wd buggy
mod 2wd buggy
19t 2wd buggy <-- biggest class
mod 2wd truck
sportsman <-- truck, 2wd buggy, 4wd buggy

Are they allowing the 13.5 in stock yet? I ran a few Saturdays with it in my buggy and I felt it was the best motor for the size of the track...

No one has been running stock since I started racing there this summer. I am sure Rob will let everyone know before a trophy race. You could run it in sportsman or 19t.

Most of the guys run 19t buggy, few mod buggies( )/mod trucks/4wds IIRC. Not totally sure, haven't raced there (or electric) since July.

So I can throw my 10.5 in the buggy and run in 19?

You sure can as long as it's a peak/orion/novak 10.5 bl motor.

right now lipos are ok for pratice. Rob is thinking about some lipo classes very soon. It will most likely be regular 5 minute quals and a 20 minute main.
Will keep all informed as it develops.

A couple guys pitting across from me two weeks ago were running lipos in their cars for the race. I don't know if Rob was aware, I didn't think they were allowed yet.
