Even if you could get enough people to pay the rent, the up front costs would kill it.

However I'm curious how many people would be interested in an outdoor track, probably nitro. It would be a temporary parking lot track like what NERCAR used to do. I only ask because this time I have something I haven't had in the past......a location!
